Artist Biography
Tish is a Colorado resident and has been painting for the last 15 yrs. She attended Burren College of Art in Ireland. Predominantly self-taught, she has also studied with numerous artists in the area who include Tom Owen, Gwen Fox, and Nancy Baldrica. Her main focus is experimenting with water media, collage, and most recently, encaustics. She incorporates a process called soul drawing into her work. She studied at the Center for Soul Drawing at Whidbey Island in Washington. Her work has been exhibited in numerous shows and galleries in Denver, locally, and in private collections around the world. Lacy has also been featured in Aaahhh Magazine.
